Piña coladas are my absolute favorite cocktail. I don't care what time of year it is or where I am, if there's a piña colada on a restaurant or bar menu, I will order it, and I will enjoy it. Making these cocktails at home isn't something I do all that often, except in the summer when it feels seasonally appropriate. In my last batch of piña coladas, I decided to try something new and added GT's Golden Pineapple kombucha. I'm a fan of kombucha and this particular flavor is subtly pineapple, so it makes sense, right? And, wow, was it good.
The kombucha adds a bit of a kick — you know how kombucha tastes — but thanks to the coconut cream and the added pineapple juice, the cocktail still came out plenty sweet. This recipe is actually so incredibly easy to whip up, and you can adjust the measurements to suit your taste as well. Happy drinking!
