The 2-year-old Australian pup, who is often seen cosplaying in photos on his Instagram account, dressed up as Garth Algar from Wayne's World, and it's such a spot-on look, even Dana Carvey would do a double take. Brakkus and his owner Mike dressed up as Wayne and Garth in honor of National Best Friend Day in June, and even though Mike looked like a pretty convincing Wayne, Brakkus stole the show.
