What You Need

Orange latex balloons
White latex balloons
King-size Sharpies
Orange and black twine
Helium

Step 1

Inflate balloon and tie on twine.

Step 2

Draw a jack-o'-lantern on the orange balloons.

Step 3

Draw a skeleton or ghost face on the white balloons.

Step 4

Admire your work.
