We'd Be Poor Unfortunate Souls Without This Magical Mermaid Makeup Look

Beauty vlogger and influencer NikkieTutorials just shared a DIY based on one of our favorite inspirations as of late: mermaids. In the video, Nikkie describes the look as a "modern-day smoky mermaid," with a heavy emphasis on the eye makeup.

After prepping her face with foundation, concealer, and powder, Nikkie creates the mystifying eye using her very own Power of Makeup Palette ($56), her collaboration with Too Faced. The main shades she used from the set are "Mystic Hour" and "Wham Bam." She then finished off the eye makeup with MAC Cosmetics Reflects Transparent Teal Glitter ($22).
