When Nina Dobrev stepped foot on the red carpet at the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscars party, we immediately fell in love with her new haircut. The Vampire Diaries actress debuted an even shorter, A-line bob after her drastic chop just six weeks ago, captivating us with total Victoria Beckham vibes. Nina's BFF and hairstylist Riawna Capri got to work cutting Nina's hair even shorter "using texturizing techniques" and styling it with three different-size curling irons to create the perfect natural-looking 'do. But once we zoomed in on her flawless dewy glow, it was Nina's makeup that stole the show.

Nina's classic, Audrey Hepburn-inspired hairdo was taken to new grungy heights with the help of a sultry cat eyeliner and a matte pink lip. Celebrity makeup artist Spencer Barnes teamed up with E.L.F. Cosmetics to give Nina the ultimate shimmering look.

"I kept Nina's skin fresh, flawless, and soft and honed in on dramatic brows and lashes," Spencer said. Using only E.L.F. products, each ranging from $3-$12, Nina's look was both stunning and totally affordable.

The most underrated part of Nina's look, however, was her pout. Spencer used a rose-colored eye shadow to create the kissable and "ultra-matte nude finish." The E.L.F. Beautifully Bare Matte Eye Shadow in Blushing Rose ($4) brought the entire look together in an unexpected and elegant way.
