Hilary Duff Breaks Down Her Makeup Routine in 13 Minutes For All You Busy Beauty-Lovers
In celebration of her new NudeStix collection, Hilary Duff recently shared a makeup tutorial that even the busiest beauty-lovers can replicate. The 31-year-old Younger star (and forever Lizzie McGuire in our hearts) recorded her 13-minute routine on Instagram TV, all while her young daughter, Banks, took a nap behind-the-scenes.
Duff starts off with some calendula oil all over her face and a wild carrot nourishing eye balm, before diving in with NudeStix Tinted Cover Foundation ($30, originally $35) and Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation Stick ($68) — lightly, to keep her freckles visible. She follows this up with NudeStix's Nudies Tinted Blur Stick ($26, originally $30) to contour her face and a Nudies All-Over Blush Color called Body Language on her lips and eyes. Next, she covers her lids in a Magnetic Luminous Eye Color named Bright Eyes and puts another called Night Dweller on her lower lash line.

Her makeup look might rely heavily on NudeStix, but Duff can't help but rave about her Wunderbrow gel ($22). "This brow gel is amazing because you can swim in it and it'll stay on," she said. "It's the quickest brow thing I've come across, and you don't have to be superprecise with it."
She completes her brows with Glossier's Boy Brow ($16) and starts highlighting using Nudies Glow All Over Highlighter in Half Moon, followed by a Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Blush Glow ($68), Sisley mascara, and a little pressed powder under her eye.
