Watch Kylie Jenner's Candid Snapchat About Feeling Bullied by the "Whole World"

Kylie Jenner shared a personal message via Snapchat on Wednesday, saying she has "been bullied since I've been 9." Kylie started the video by acknowledging how many followers she has on the social media channel. "It's kind of crazy I have four million people watch my Snapchats," she said. "Half of you guys think I'm weird, and the other half think I'm funny." The 17-year-old said it seems like she is the target of bullying "from the whole world . . . and I think that I've done a really great job in handling all this."

Kylie also shared words of encouragement for others who feel they have been bullied, while pointing out that her confessional-style video is not a "pity party." This isn't the first time Kylie has grabbed headlines with her Snapchats — in May, there was speculation that she told her followers she was "high as f*ck."
