Brockhampton Playfully Roasts Jimmy Fallon's Taxi Film in Late-Night Interview Debut

NBC

Two months after dropping their fifth studio album, Ginger, music group Brockhampton had their first late-night show interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon! On Oct. 24, six out of the 13 members — Kevin Abstract, Ciarán "Bearface" McDonald, Merlyn Wood, Dom McLennon, Matt Champion, and Russell "Joba" Boring — got some couch time with Jimmy Fallon as they chatted about their recent LP and their upcoming Heaven Belongs to You tour.

Although the group isn't tied down to one genre, every member knows how to spit a few bars. So when Jimmy asked them to perform a group freestyle about his notorious 2004 film Taxi, they stepped up to the challenge. After Joba, Matt, and Dom put in their two cents, Merlyn came through with the heavy hitter, rapping, "Yo, this flow more rotten than a review for Taxi." Ahead, watch Brockhampton's full freestyle before checking out their live performance of "Sugar."
