Chris Harrison's 2 Teenagers Get to Tag Along to The Bachelor's Fun Filming Locations

The head of Bachelor Nation, Chris Harrison, does do other things outside of hosting all the shows in the Bachelor franchise. He's a dad of two teenagers! Chris and his ex-wife, Gwen Jones, had a son and daughter in the early 2000s but separated in 2012. Chris and Gwen coparent the kids, and Chris takes his role very seriously — he even took a break from hosting duties while moving his son into college this year. Ahead, see some of Chris's sweetest pictures he's shared with his kids, Joshua and Taylor, and get to know the teenagers a little bit better.

Joshua Harrison

From what we can tell, Joshua Harrison was born in 2002, but reports are conflicting, so he could have been born in 2001. Chris said in 2018 in an interview with Steve Harvey that Joshua was 6 weeks old when Chris got the gig for The Bachelor. The show aired starting in March 2002 but filmed before that, and contracts would have been signed before that. So we're not exactly clear when Chris's first child was born! Joshua did, however, just start school at Texas Christian University, which Chris said on Instagram fills him with "pride and excitement." Growing up, Chris and Joshua took in a lot of sports, especially Texas teams, as that's where Chris is originally from. Joshua also plays lacrosse and golfs with his dad and has even let his dad's job help him talk to girls.

Taylor Harrison

Taylor Harrison was born in December 2003. She is Chris Harrison's only daughter. Growing up, she had her dad wrapped around her finger, which he clearly loved! Chris has shared numerous photos on Instagram of the two of them at events, where he brought her to meet celebrities and see concerts — even an outing where she missed school to see a One Direction concert! She also travels with her dad a ton, including coming along while he films. He told People in 2016 that his trips to film various Bachelor shows become their family vacations. He also said The Bachelor has opened up a lot of conversations with Taylor. "It is a great avenue for me to have a conversation with my daughter. I never thought about this, but as a single dad, I want to have conversations with my daughter about men, about dating, about these things that she is heading into . . . as much as I would love to lock her away, this is happening."
