Kris Jenner Breaks Her Silence on Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair Cover and Transition

Kris Jenner is finally speaking out about Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair cover and transition into a woman. Kris, who was married to Caitlyn for 23 years before her transition, stopped by the Daily Mail's yacht party in Cannes on June 24, where she spoke to Extra about the "beautiful" cover. "I think it's amazing," Kris said. "I think that someone following their dream is truly inspirational to a lot of people . . . you have to do what makes you happy."

Kris's encouraging words come after a difficult few months for the mother of six. During the Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce special that aired in May, Kris tearfully told the camera that she and Caitlyn were "a match made in heaven" from the moment they met. During Caitlyn's Vanity Fair interview, Kris also revealed a more tense side to their relationship, saying, "He was married to me, and he wasn't who he wanted to be so he was miserable. Why would you want to be married and have kids if this is what you wanted since you were a little boy? Why would you not explain this all to me?" Kris's change of heart could be because of her happy relationship with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, whom she was spotted getting cozy with in Cannes earlier this week.
