Tiffany Haddish was the belle of the ball at the 2018 Oscars. The Girls Trip actor showed up wearing a regal black, white, and gold dress fit for royalty. The jaw-dropping ensemble was inspired by Tiffany's Eritrean heritage: the zuria is a traditional dress worn by women in the country.

As Tiffany told Michael Strahan, "My father is from Eritrea and he passed away last year. He said one day I would end up here, and if I ever end up at the Oscars, to honor my people, so I'm honoring my fellow Eritreans."

Although the breakout comedian didn't receive a best supporting actress nomination at the prestigious ceremony as many hoped she would, she's still a winner to us. Read on to see more photos of Tiffany being the queen of our hearts on the red carpet.
