The Kardashians and the Wests are feuding — on Celebrity Family Feud, that is. The families went head to head on the season premiere of the game show on Sunday, and Kanye West came to win. Kim Kardashian, Kanye, and three of the rapper's cousins were all on one team, while Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner teamed up with Kris's mom, Mary Jo Campbell, Cici Bussey, and family friend Jonathan Cheban.

Both teams competed for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and even though the West family eventually ended up losing, Kanye had a "permanent smile on his face" the entire time. The Kardashian brood even let Kim and Kanye play "Fast Money" since it was the rapper's dream, and they won $25,000 for the hospital.
