It looks like Andrew Garfield stepped in as Zendaya's Spider-Man at the 2022 Oscars. The two Spider-Man alums posed for a quick photo together on the red carpet on Sunday. Garfield — who was nominated for best actor in a leading role for "Tick, Tick... Boom!" — made a surprise appearance in "Spider-Man: No Way Home" alongside Zendaya and her boyfriend, Tom Holland, so their reunion was a sweet treat for Marvel fans.

Garfield talked about his epic comeback in an interview with Deadline in January, where he revealed that he had one condition for joining the franchise again. "Well, I was just waiting to see if Tobey [Maguire] was going to do it, and if Tobey was going to do it, then I was like, 'Well, I have no choice,' you know? I follow Tobey to the ends of the Earth. I'm a lemming for Tobey," he said. He also noted that the film's inclusion of the old Spider-Man stars felt "pure" and added to the three actors' "brotherhood."

Garfield had another reunion at the Oscars, as he ran into his old friend Jamie Dornan. He photobombed the actor's pictures with his wife, Amelia Warner, as they all joked together and posed for a few photos.
