Feast Your Eyes on the Powerful Cast of Captain Marvel

Jackson reprises his role as the tough-talking Avengers recruiter, whom we last saw in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War.

The Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them star plays one of the male leads in the film opposite Larson. Yon-Rogg is a member of the Kree alien race, and serves as a mentor to Carol Danvers as she learns to embrace her powers.

The Rogue One actor continues his streak of playing villains as the film's big bad Talos, the leader of the Skrulls.

Still Star-Crossed's Lashana Lynch signed on to replace She's Gotta Have It's DeWanda Wise, who had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts. Lynch plays Carol's BFF and fellow pilot, Maria Rambeau.

The Humans and Crazy Rich Asians actress pops up as a blue-skinned character named Minn-Erva, who is a Kree geneticist and spy in the comics, but is more of a badass soldier in the film.

Remember Guardians of the Galaxy's Korath the Pursuer? Djimon Hounsou reprises the character in Captain Marvel, which sees him as a part of her Kree battalion.

Like Hounsou, Lee Pace returns to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Ronan the Accuser, who also happens to be the villain in Guardians of the Galaxy. And yes, he still has that snazzy hood in his closet.

Who better to help Nick Fury track down all the bad guys than Clark Gregg's Agent Phil Coulson? The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. character appears in a few scenes, looking remarkably younger given that the movie takes place in the '90s.
