9 Doctors Who Have Redefined "Sexy" on Grey's Anatomy

Sweet George O'Malley. George is more cute than hot, but that doesn't mean he doesn't belong on this list. He starts off a little bumbling, and most women see him as a friend. However, as time goes on, George's confidence is what really makes him attractive.

Don't act like you've never been attracted to the chief. It's hard to resist this silver-bearded fox. He runs the show at Grey Sloan. He's tough but firm and is definitely the most gentlemanly of all the doctors. Richard Webber is a class act who knows how to treat a lady (apart from Ellis Grey maybe).

Alex Karev, the bad boy of Grey's Anatomy. He's a strange mix of frat boy and loyal puppy. Karev has grown over the past few years. He's less of a bully now than he used to be, but his aggressive side is clearly still an issue. Of course, Karev is a good-looking guy, anyone with eyes can see that. However, his short temper is a major turn off.

Owen Hunt is a real G.I. Joe. He valiantly served in the army and is now Grey Sloan's Head of Trauma. With his shock of red hair and day-old stubble, he definitely has that rugged, handsome thing going on. From the outside, he may seem a little brash, but on the inside, he's a real softie.

DeLuca looks like one of those guys who loves themselves. He looks arrogant and stuck up, but in reality he's not, and that's what makes him so hot. He's just a humble, hot intern. The way he ends things with Maggie isn't exactly a shining moment for him, but then again, it's hard to fault him for anything after seeing Alex beat the hell of out him.

Mark Sloan, the McSteamy to Derek's McDreamy. Derek is clean cut, whereas Mark is a little more dirty. Mark is a blatant womanizer who's overly confident and a little corny, but that doesn't seem to turn women off. In fact, it does the complete opposite. We're pretty confident Mark has slept with the most people on Grey's. He may as well live in the on-call room.

Former attending anesthesiologist turned surgical resident turned back to anesthesiologist, Ben Warren is, without a doubt, one of the sexiest doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial. He's calm and collected when he wants to be, but he's also a little hot-headed, which can be a sexy, too (under the right circumstances). We definitely know what Bailey sees in him.

Well, well, well. Derek Shepherd. McDreamy. The original heartthrob of Grey's with the sexy smile. The hottest thing about Derek, aside from his looks, is the way he loves Meredith. The way he looks after her, the way he fights for her, the way he builds his life around her. It's why he has that nickname and why he's the man we dream about.

Jackson Avery is, by far, THE hottest doctor on Grey's Anatomy. He's intelligent and brooding. He has the most beautiful eyes, an amazing smile, and also . . . that body. There will not be a hotter male doctor than Jackson Avery. Did we mention his eyes? They're like pools of green crystal.
