Jamie Chung Just Teased a Big Relationship Reveal on Once Upon a Time

For Once Upon a Time fans, March 6 can't get here fast enough. The Winter finale left us in a disarray when Hook died, but the second half is sure to heat things up as the whole gang travels to the Underworld. While writer Adam Horowitz has been teasing fans with bits and pieces of information on Twitter, we decided to go straight to one of the show's stars for the inside scoop. We had the chance to sit down with Jamie Chung, who plays Mulan, and she revealed a few things we can expect to see on the second half of this season. Read on and get excited!

Her Character Is Heading to Oz

Chung confirmed that her episode "Ruby Slippers" (airing April 17) will indeed lead us back down the yellow brick road and towards Emerald City.

There Will Be a Big Relationship Reveal

While Chung confirmed there will be a "pretty big relationship reveal," she stayed coy about which characters she was referring to. However, she did mention that Ruby (Meghan Ory) will be joining Mulan in Oz. Interesting!

Playing Mulan Is a Fun Challenge

The actress explained, "It's a challenge to try and ground such fantastical things like talking about a bean stalk and the giant, Zelena, or the Wicked Witch of the West. You know what I mean? [The writers] have so much freedom and it's so creative. I think the challenge as the actor is to make it as real as possible."

She Ships Captain Swan Just Like the Rest of Us

While she loves Robin Hood and the Evil Queen, even she appreciates the "undeniable" chemistry between Colin O'Donoghue and Jennifer Morrison: "It's a great relationship."
