Ryan Lochte really got into character for Latin Night on Dancing With the Stars on Monday. The swimmer looked completely in his element when he stripped down to nothing but his shorts on the dance floor. Not only did he flash his impeccable abs for the audience, but he also donned some fun neon paint for his colorful number. As judge Bruno Tonioli put it, he definitely "undressed to impress."
