Many of Beyoncé's loyal followers rushed to her defense after she caught some serious flack over a photo she posted to Instagram on Aug. 4, which featured the singer drinking a glass of what appears to be red wine while on a date with JAY-Z.

The photo prompted people to comment on her parenting choices, even though none of her kids were in the photo.

Some people questioned the singer's choice to drink while breastfeeding, even though no one's certain that she is, in fact, breastfeeding her twins. "You feed your children with your breast, why do you drink?!" one wrote.

Others were quick to body shame her for her outfit choice, hurling insults regarding her cleavage. "Money obviously can't buy class," wrote one user. "We all HAVE boobs Beyoncé, always a peasant."

However, the Beyhive was quick to respond, showering her in compliments and defending her decision to enjoy a single glass of wine after having given birth to twins Rumi and Carter almost two months ago. Comments in support of the singer ranged from "You're so beautiful Bey" to "Her and her husband having drinks for crying out loud."
