Whenever we buy a fancy dress, we hope we get the chance to rewear it. (Oftentimes, though, it ends up collecting dust in the closet.) But if there's a star to prove that it is possible to rework a gown from one occasion to the next — aside from Kate Middleton — it's Lea Michele. The actress and singer popped up at a wedding in a beautiful floral dress, and some fans might have noticed that it's not actually new.

Lea first wore the Zuhair Murad number to a luncheon on Feb. 20. It seems she recycled the designer dress, turning it from a red carpet look to a wedding guest outfit just a week later. The idea was completely brilliant on Lea's part, and she's definitely inspired us to rework some of our more formal attire. Read on for a look, then shop similar dresses to add to your own wardrobe.
