But according to Alyssa's caption, it's not what she lost on this journey, but rather what she gained — and that's self-love.
"Five months of commitment, hard work & a healthy balanced diet (with some cheats)," she said. "35lbs lost, & a whole lot of self love gained ❤️ look at my SMILE." In a previous caption, she detailed her routine, saying that she works out daily for 30 minutes. "[I] drink my superfoods, I treat myself & im HAPPY. This may not be the 'thinnest' I've ever been, but it's 100% the happiest & healthiest I have ever been."
Taking care of your body is so important, especially when you become a mother and take on the responsibility of another little human's health and happiness. Alyssa is a fantastic example of how to prioritize wellness in a healthy way.
