On behalf of BodyArmor Sports Drink, celebrity trainer Don-A-Matrix — whose clientele includes Fergie and Kanye West in addition to Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé — gave us a look into the family's fitness routines. And unsurprisingly, the movements are pretty difficult.
"For my workouts with the Kardashian family, I try to incorporate a Bosu Ball because it allows for increased versatility in your workouts," Don told POPSUGAR.
