Over the past year, Kim Kardashian has gotten serious about her fitness regimen recruiting trainer Melissa Alcantara to help her transform her body. Kim shared on her website that she's been strict with her diet lately, eating mostly lean proteins, carbs, fruits, and vegetables. Although she's been strict, she said, "Every once in a while, I like to treat myself and have a cheat meal," adding that eating clean all of the time can be hard and boring.

Kim wrote that Mel recommends enjoying a cheat meal once every 10 days. "This way you won't lose any of the progress you've made at the gym." Take Kim's trainer's advice to indulge in your favorite foods without losing any of your progress.
