"I think that people deep down know how to stay thin. Don't overeat and don't starve yourself either. It's everything in moderation. That's the way I like to live life: everything in moderation. I have no diet tricks, I have no 'I never eat carbs' or 'I never . . .' I eat a little bit, and as soon as I feel full, I stop. Then I don't eat again until I'm hungry."
