Vegans, did you ever think you'd eat a vegan chili dog? At Disneyland of all places? Well, theme park food dreams do come true; in celebration of World Vegan Day on Nov. 1, Disneyland is releasing four totally vegan, totally delicious dishes at Harbour Galley. (Just when you thought your stay couldn't get any more magical.)
These meals are only available for four days, so get your plant-based tush down to Disneyland resort before these tasty treats are gone. Here's the full scoop on this limited-time menu, directly from the Disneyland food team. Don't mind us — we'll just be here eating chili dogs until the park closes.
Slow-roasted tomatillos, hominy, and serrano chilies, served with limes, onions, radishes, and shredded cabbage.
Tossed with turmeric, roasted pistachios, and marinated black mission figs, topped with house-made cucumber salad, and served with roasted eggplant puree and naan bread.
Cherry tomatoes, baby artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onions, roasted red peppers, pepperoncinis, and campanelle pasta tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.
