The Healthy Snacks Every Party Girl Needs to Stock Up On

Take it from DJ, model, and all-around It girl Hannah Bronfman — it is possible to lead a healthy life and party until the wee hours of the morning. The always-on-the-go fitness entrepreneur knows how to make her health a priority, no matter if she's jet-setting or putting in a long night in her hometown of NYC (just check out her Instagram for proof). At a recent Jawbone Up event, Hannah shared with us her tip for resisting the junk when you're tired, traveling, and dealing with cravings: BYOS (bring your own snacks). "I hate opening minibar snacks — they're over expensive and they're always filled with sh*t," she said. "So I always bring my own snacks; that way I never have to feel like I'm depriving myself but then I never open the minibar." Which brands make the cut? Check out Hannah's top picks that will satisfy any postparty craving without undoing your hard work.

  • The Good Bean Roasted Chickpea Snacks: To satisfy crunchy cravings, Hannah reaches for these protein-packed snacks. With as much protein as almonds and lots of fiber as well, they're a healthier option than chips. "So good!" she said.
  • Matt's Munchies Fruit Snack: "They're like Fruit Roll-Ups but all natural flavors and no preservatives. Island Mango is my fave," she said of the 90-calorie packs.
  • Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder: Each pouch contains 18 grams of plant-based protein. "If I'm feeling hungry and I don't want empty calories, [I mix this] with almond or coconut milk to make it feel satisfying," she explained.
  • Taza Sea Salt and Almond Dark Chocolate Bar: Each vegan chocolate bar is made with 85 percent stone-ground chocolate. "I love a good piece of dark chocolate, and I don't think there's anything wrong with a good chocolate snack," Hannah said.
