Since pineapple is a natural de-bloater, this juice has potential to help with water retention, as well.
Try adding a small amount of mint to start, and taste the juice before adding more. This pungent flavor has the ability to overpower others, so a small amount goes a long way.
- 2 green apples
- 1/3 of one pineapple
- Pinch of mint to taste
- Rinse and dice the apple into quarters, and juice into a large cup.
- Chop up the pineapple and juice the pieces intermittently with the mint so that there is more juice to push the mint flavor through. Garnish with mint or sliced apple.
