Britney Spears Shows How She Gets Her Toned Legs and Flat Tummy in New Video
Britney Spears is putting in the work, b*tch! The fit performer's toned tummy and muscular legs didn't just happen overnight; Britney stays in shape with everything from strength training to salsa dancing to yoga. In her latest Instagram video, Britney mixes it up with compound exercises with weights, more arm moves with dumbbells, crunches on a Bosu ball, and jumping rope.
Although Brit only shared a few of her exercises, she wrote in her Instagram caption that it was a "long workout." Luckily, she had motivation from a fellow performer: Selena Gomez. Britney gave Selena a shout-out and credited the "Back to You" singer for getting her through her workout. In the video above, Britney is sweating it out to Selena's song "Bad Liar."
