All You Need Is a Water Bottle to Do Halle Berry's Total-Body Workout
Yup! You guessed it. It's Friday, which means Halle Berry is back on the 'gram with another "Fitness Friday" post to help us live our best lives. This week she created a workout for us with her trainer, Peter, that can be done with either a water bottle or a kettlebell. She called the kettlebell "one of the most versatile pieces of equipment," saying, "It has be come a staple in the fitness world." She goes on to explain that you can get a total-body workout in by using just a kettlebell.
If you don't own a kettlebell or don't have access to a gym, don't worry. Halle demonstrates the four-move workout with a gallon of water. Check it out below.
Start off with the windmill.
Then move on to the swing jump.
Followed by the kettlebell get-up.
And finish off with the bottoms-up move.
