These 2-Ingredient Banana Coconut Cookies Are Made Without Flour or Added Sugar

These two-ingredient vegan cookies posted by Alexandra Andersson from @fivesechealth look yum! Made with just two ripe bananas and one cup of unsweetened shredded coconut, these cookies are baked at 300°F for 15 to 20 minutes and are a healthy option when you're craving cookies. They're not only plant-based, but also grain-free, gluten-free, and oil-free. The melted chocolate drizzle topping is optional if you're cutting out all sugar, but it probably makes these cookies even more delicious!

Andersson told POPSUGAR it's always awesome to create recipes that all people can eat, like a vegan, grain- and gluten-free cookie. Ripe banana is working like the egg and also gives a natural sweetness. "Coconut is a good fat source, and it helps hold the cookie together," she added.
