Sit-Ups

Karena and Katrina love this simple core-toning move.

  • Begin lying on your back with your legs bent and arms straight in front of you.
  • Engage your core to lift your shoulders off the ground. Continue raising your upper body off the ground until you are sitting straight up.
  • With control, lower back down to the ground.
  • Complete 15 reps.
Bikini Walk Out

Bikini Walk Out

They said that "this move tones your core and shoulders!"

  • Begin standing with your feet hip width apart, hands by your side.
  • Hinge forward from the hips and walk your hands down your legs until you reach the ground.
  • Walk out into a plank position.
  • Hold for a few seconds, then walk your hands back to your feet and return to a standing position.
  • Complete 15 reps.
Standing Knee to Elbow Crunch

Standing Knee to Elbow Crunch

This oblique crunch will help you sculpt your waistline while toning your lower abs.

  • Begin in a plank position with your hands directly below your shoulders and core engaged.
  • Lift your right foot off the ground, and bring your right knee to meet your right elbow.
  • Lower back to start.
  • Repeat on the opposite side.
  • Complete 15 reps on each side, 30 reps total.

  • Begin in a squat position with your legs hip width apart and arms behind you, making sure your knees don't go past your toes.
  • Swing your arms forward and jump into the air, bringing knees up to meet elbows in front of your core.
  • Land softly back on your feet.
  • Complete 15 reps.

  • Begin standing with your arms stacked in front of you and parallel to the ground.
  • Engage your core and twist your upper body as you raise your right knee up to meet your left elbow.
  • Lower back down. Repeat on the opposite side.
  • Complete 15 reps on each side, 30 reps total.
