If you have a hard time motivating yourself in a solo workout, grab a friend and do this partner calorie-torching HIIT and strength-training workout. Designed by Devan and Morgan Kline, cofounders of Burn Boot Camp and high school sweethearts who found each other through fitness (aww!), this six-move workout is for couples, best friends, or casual fitness buddies.
Directions: Choose who will be Partner 1 and who will be Partner 2. Perform as many reps as possible with correct form of each of the below moves for 30 seconds each. Then switch roles and complete the exercises for another 30 seconds. Repeat the set two or three times, taking a 30-second break between exercises if you need to.

What it works: Booty
Directions: Partner 1 holds a squat. Partner 2 lies on their back and places their heels on Partner 1's knees. Partner 2 raises hips up, squeezes glutes, then lowers hips down to complete the rep.
What it works: Abs
Directions: Partner 1 holds an elbow plank. Partner 2 performs a lateral hop over Partner 1. This counts as one rep.
What it works: Arms
Directions: Partner 1 lays on their back. Partner 2 gets in a plank position, placing their hands on Partner 1's ankles. Partner 2 holds Partner 1's ankles in their hands. Partner 1 straightens arms, then bends elbows, lowering Partner 2's feet to complete one rep.
What it works: Booty and legs
Directions: Partners join hands and perform a pistol squat, using each other for balance. Switch legs and perform another pistol squat to complete the rep.
What it works: Abs
Directions: Partners sit across from each other while locking feet. Perform a sit-up and give your partner a high five. Switch hands and repeat. This completes one rep.
What it works: Arms
Directions: Partner 1 lays on their back. Partner 2 places their balled fist into Partner 1's hands. Partner 2 performs a skull crusher to complete one rep. If this is too difficult, Partner 2 can turn around and sit on their bum with their ankles in Partner 1's hands.
