Oh My Sundae! Ben & Jerry's New Ice Creams Are Covered in a Thick Layer of Ganache

Ice cream sundaes just got a decadent makeover courtesy of Ben & Jerry's. The ice cream brand is kicking off 2021 with seven new flavors topped in a thick chocolate ganache. It's basically like they took our favorite dessert and threw a chocolate bar on top, and we're not complaining. Whether you prefer peanut butter and chocolate, strawberries and vanilla, or something a little more unique, the line covers its flavor bases pretty dang well.

Flavors include: Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough, Strawberry Topped Tart, Thick Mint, Whiskey Biz, PB Over the Top, Tiramisu, and Salted Caramel Brownie. So, if you can't decide between topping your ice cream with cookies, peanut butter cups, sprinkles, or fruit, you might want to taste test them all. Now, how you get your spoon through that layer of chocolate on top is up to you. Personally, I'll be digging straight down to savor a little bit of the ganache with every bite.

All seven flavors are currently available nationwide for $5 per pint, so take a peek at all of them ahead to get a feel for which ones are worthy of that coveted space in the freezer.

Attention, chocolate-lovers! Ben & Jerry's PB Over the Top flavor is a pint of chocolate ice cream mixed with peanut butter swirls and topped with chocolate ganache and mini peanut butter cups. So, yeah, it's basically the perfect snack for an at-home movie day.

Ben & Jerry's Topped Whiskey Biz Ice Cream

If you're looking to put a boozy twist on your dessert, the brand's new Whiskey Biz flavor consists of brown butter bourbon ice cream topped with white chocolate ganache, blondies, whiskey caramel, and white fudge chunks.

Ben & Jerry's Topped Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough Ice Cream

As if chocolate ice cream wasn't delicious enough, the brand's Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough flavor adds caramel swirls and gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough on top. The layer of chocolate ganache sprinkled with mini caramel cups truly makes this feel like a sundae in a cup.
