If you have a serious sweet tooth and an appreciation for a holiday happy hour, but still want to mind your sugar and calorie intake, then this gingerbread cocktail recipe is perfect for you! Not only is it made with fresh ingredients, but it'll make you one killer party host this season.
A classic gingerbread cookie is full of seasonal spices and brown sugar to make you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside, and this martini is designed to do exactly that. It's toasty, sweet, and spiced to perfection, but is also designed with mindful swaps, like nutrient-packed coconut sugar (instead of brown sugar) and almond milk (instead of regular milk). You'll be very grateful for a much clearer head the next morning!
So, skip the cookies and drink your dessert this holiday season, instead. We promise you'll be going back for seconds (and thirds).
