Biscoff biscuits are so good because they're so simple. Crunchy, sweet, and slightly gingery — what's not to love? A new treat hitting the freezer aisle, however, proves that even classics can be improved upon.

Following last year's announcement that Lotus would be bringing ice cream bars and pints to supermarkets in the States, Instagram foodie CandyHunting finally spotted said bars at a Walmart, offering confirmation that they have indeed arrived. The bars consist of cookie butter ice cream encased in a layer of actual cookie butter, as well as a chocolate shell with crunchy biscuit bits in it. Whew. Browse a few truly tempting photos ahead.
