We couldn't imagine Pizza Hut, after coming out with hot-dog-stuffed pizza crust this Summer, could outdo itself in terms of ridiculousness and flavor, but its new Twisted Crust Pizza ($12 for a large 1 topping) does just that. The breadstick-crusted pizza comes with your choice of dip, but we sadly didn't receive any dip with our order. Before we got too upset about that, we dove right into the piping hot box of pepperoni pizza and went straight for the pull-apart crust.

Tasters expected the pizza to be overwhelming salty, garlicky, and buttery like Dominos' garlic crust, but Pizza Hut's version is nothing like that! It's a little sweet, chewy, and perfectly seasoned with enough cheese and herbs. One taster (and pizza connoisseur) exclaimed, "If there's ever a pizza you'd want to eat backwards, it'd be this one!" The breadsticks held their own in terms of flavor and butteriness so the dipping sauce wasn't even missed! Even those who aren't huge crust fans tried the pizza skeptically and surprised themselves by how good the crust really is. Another said, "This is probably the best pizza that Pizza Hut has come out with in years — makes me want to become a loyal customer again!" It earned a five out of five in our book, making it a chain pizza worth ordering with a group of friends ASAP.
