As the daughter of the incoming president, it only makes sense that Ivanka Trump and her family would move into a stunning home in the center of Washington DC. It was recently reported that Ivanka, her husband Jared Kushner, and their three children will be leaving New York to live in DC's upscale Kalorama neighborhood. If you're wondering why that sounds so familiar, it's because, yes, in addition to many politicians calling Kalorama home, President Barack Obama and his family will be living just two blocks away from Ivanka after leaving the White House.

It's unknown whether Ivanka purchased or rented the $5.5 million home, but the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion is truly special. Sitting on over 7,000 square feet, the historical home has been transformed into a modern masterpiece. With a gourmet kitchen and a separate apartment for visitors, this looks like the perfect space for Ivanka and Jared to entertain all of their new DC friends. The master bedroom is very spacious, filled with a fireplace and two walk-in closets.
