If there's one thing you should make sure you have on your birthday (aside from cake), it's an outfit you feel comfortable in from head to toe. And that's exactly what Eva Longoria did on March 15 to mark her 41st birthday in Los Angeles.

The Telenovela star, who has given us countless perfect GIFs to use in everyday life and has lots to celebrate this year with her recent engagement, stepped out in a simple yet stylish outfit of light-washed skinny jeans and a white button-down shirt — a look that simply says, "It's my birthday, and I want to look put together but also relaxed." But Eva being Eva didn't stop there; she added a swipe of vibrant red lipstick, gold mirrored aviators, and buff-colored sandals.

On Instagram, the actress and producer shared more than a few well-wishing messages from friends, including Victoria Beckham and Irina Shayk. She later posted a selfie with her dog, Jinxy, joking, "Jinxy ain't happy about aging ... #ItsOkJinx #WeGetBetterWithAge." We can attest that is true.
