Watch the Triumphant Way Passengers Got a Racist Man Kicked Off a United Flight

On Feb. 18, a man flying from Chicago to Houston on United Airlines reportedly noticed a Pakistani man and woman placing their luggage in the overheard bin and asked if they had a bomb in their luggage. When the couple didn't hear him the first time, he repeated it, louder.

A woman who witnessed the incident and complained to flight attendants told Houston news station KHOU that the man then turned to her and her Indian-American boyfriend. "The person ahead of us turned around and asked where my boyfriend was from; my boyfriend said it's none of your business," she said. "At that point he said all illegals and all foreigners need to leave the country."

Other passengers also complained that the man was making them uncomfortable. Video footage of the incident shows the man and his companion getting kicked off of the plane to the cheers of other passengers.

In the clip above, the video shows the passenger filming the video saying, "Racists aren't welcome in America!," "this is not Trump's America," and "goodbye racists!," to which the man replied, "Hey, I'll come back, but you'll be gone."

United Airlines spokesman Jonathan Guerin spoke to The Washington Post and said, "We removed two passengers for making others feel uncomfortable on the flight and for saying some inappropriate things to customers on the flight."

"Most customers appreciate a place where they feel safe and where they're not going to be attacked, and we want to provide that."
