Now this is a great use of Kim Kardashian pics. Maddy Varner of Free Art and Technology created a Google Chrome extension called Kardashian Krypt that hides secret messages in photos of Kim K., the reality TV star you either love or love to hate.

It's just the latest development in a string of Kim/tech "kollaborations." People have already lost their damn minds over her addictive video game, and Kim had surprisingly solid tech advice after the celeb nude photo iCloud hack. First, download the Google Chrome extension. Then, choose your message (e.g. meet me at the docks at 9 p.m.) and lock it down with a password. Press "ENKRYPT" and drag the photo to your desktop and send it to your friends. Photo: Nicole Nguyen
