A pregnant Rebecca Gayheart grabbed lunch with a friend yesterday in LA before meeting up with Eric Dane, who was decked out in spandex for a bike ride. The parents-to-be looked happy despite the lingering issue of their leaked naked tape — they're now suing Gawker for unlawfully publishing it. On a happier note, Eric is apparently chatting about fatherhood on the set of Grey's Anatomy. He'll have lots to share with his costars, considering Ellen Pompeo just welcomed Stella and Katherine Heigl adopted Naleigh. Their show returns tonight with a two-hour premiere, and Buzz's sneak peek makes it look like we should probably keep some tissues nearby.

4well i think that it's right for them to sue since it's not right what was done - and gawker should have realized that they shouldn't post that stuff. anyway, i hope they are able to put everything behind them in time to enjoy the upcoming addition to their family.
