Kate Middleton is no stranger to helping shine a light on certain charities, and her latest cause is an important one. The Duchess of Cambridge teamed up with the children's mental health charity Place2Be, of which she's the royal patron, to help launch a week in the UK dedicated to helping children at risk for mental issues receive the care they need early on in life with a special video. In the clip, Kate looks polished and professional as she sits down with four young students to discuss their coping abilities and how Place2Be has helped them deal with any stressful situation.

It's been a busy few days for the duchess already, who stopped by the 75th anniversary of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets on Sunday and was given a royally big honor from Queen Elizabeth II earlier last week. See what else is in store for the royal family in 2016, and watch Kate's cute, meaningful video above!
