There are hundreds of pop culture costume ideas to choose from, of course, but some celebrities and characters seem to pop up more often than others. Case in point — last year, it was basically impossible to attend a Halloween party without spotting that memorable Miley Cyrus look from the VMAs. So what will everyone be dressing as this October? From buzzy characters to headline-making stars, here are the pop culture Halloween costumes that will probably take over in 2014.
