Kristin Cavallari hit the streets of LA on Tuesday afternoon looking absolutely gorgeous. Dressed in a delicate, white lace romper and nude heels, the former reality TV star smiled for photographers and texted as she made her way down the sidewalk. Her outing also happened to be on the same day MTV announced a new special centered on The Hills. It's unclear whether or not Kristin will appear on the show, but it's safe to say that she's come a long way from her days spent sparring with Lauren Conrad.
