Anna Nicole's lawyer, Howard K. Stern, went on Larry King last night and revealed to the world that he is the father of her new baby girl, Dannie Lynn Hope. We always knew Howard had a crush on Anna Nicole so we are not surprised he has claimed to be the daddy. It's all so confusing especially since there is Larry Birkhead who is also claiming to be the father. Howard looked out of it and tired, or medicated, or something, but I guess they are all dealing with a lot of grief these days. Watch the clip below and read more:

"Right now we have to somehow get through what we're going through," he said. "And I'll tell you, our baby is the one ray of hope."

"We're still waiting to find out what the cause is," Stern said. "We also now have an indication that there may have been other prescriptive medication in his system but we don't know, you know, if that would have contributed to his death or not."

Stern said he and Anna Nicole Smith planned to stay in the Bahamas long term.

"She wanted to be here to get away from the media and to start a new life and to give her daughter, you know, a chance to live a normal life," said Stern, who described himself as a "proud father."

It's all still so sad. We never thought we would ever feel bad for Anna Nicole but we hope she is holding up OK.

Reese is looking very happy these days. She is all smiles while she consumes some seriously yummy looking ice cream. She is also signing up to play a pregnant wife in her latest movie co-starring Jakey G. Hmm, could she be telling us something? Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon are in final negotiations to star in the next film from the director of the Oscar-winning South African feature "Tsotsi."

"Rendition" revolves around a CIA analyst based in Cairo whose world spins out of control after he witnesses the interrogation of a foreign national by the Egyptian secret police. Gyllenhaal will play the analyst, while Witherspoon will play the pregnant American wife of the national.

Gavin Hood will direct the New Line Cinema project from a script by Kelly Sane. Shoots are planned for Los Angeles, Washington, Morocco and South Africa starting in November.

Gwyneth met up with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush to explain why her son is named Moses. She said she and Chris would have named Apple Moses if she was a boy. The name is something they have had in their hearts for a long time. Gwyneth explains:

“Moses to me is just such an amazing name. Plus, he was born on the holiest Sabbath of the year, which is the Saturday before Passover. And he was born at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York,” she explained.

“This is all adding up,” Billy said. “He had to be Moses!”

“Exactly,” Gwyneth laughed. “And it was my father’s Hebrew name.”

See this is why I like Gwyneth - first and foremost to me she will always be that Daddy's girl. She is a talented actress and while some think she is stuck up, I just think she can be misunderstood. The one thing I do disagree with her on is she said her kids never eat McDonald's. All summer long we've been speculating about if Tori is pregnant or not. I think it's time Tori comes out and announces it since the pictures are certainly telling us a convincing story. Every time she has been seen recently she is wearing loose tops - that's so not like her. Of course, maybe she is just happy and in love, but we think something is brewing. What do you think? The Chateau Marmont's dreams are coming true... after calling the fabulous hotel home for more than a year, LL is packing up her stuff and moving out. She put her condo in West Hollywood on the market just last month, but has now decided to move back in. Page Six reports:

The Chateau Marmont is finally getting rid of Lindsay for good. She's taken her apartment in the ritzy Sierra Towers in L.A. off the market and plans to move into the condo she bought last year as an "investment opportunity," but never inhabited, our source says.

The pad was up for grabs for a whopping $2.85 million but found no takers because "it was on the wrong side of the hill with no views," according to our insider. "Lindsay will stay part-time at the Chateau for another month before moving out completely."

Not only can LL not make up her mind about who to date and where she wants to live, but she can't decide which hat to wear. Paris has never been accused of being that bright, especially when it comes to geography. Remember when she didn't know that London was in the UK? I hate to make fun of someone for being dumb, but the girl gets to travel the world so she should pick up a little more along the way. Here's the latest - she's close to being all set to promote for Ecoist.com, an eco-friendly accessories company but they were a bit concerned when Paris thought Haiti was in France. Here's more:

For every recycled fashion product that people buy online, Ecoist.com plants a tree through an organization called Trees for the Future.

“Ecoist is hoping that Paris will join them in October on a trip to Port-Au-Prince to plant more than 40,000 trees,” a source says. “But when she was told about the trip, Paris had no idea where Haiti was. When she was told that they speak French there [along with Creole], she said, ‘I wouldn’t mind spending a few days there and the weekend in Paris.”

There has been a ton of talk surrounding Tara's chest which seems to be getting smaller. Tara is not one to admit to plastic surgery, and while dining at the Ivy (looking very put together and carrying a hot Jimmy Choo bag), one photographer decided to just come out and ask the big question directly. He said, "Are the rumors true about the breast reduction?" Reid quickly shot the question down with, "Alright, good night guys." Looks to us like someone downsized.

Check out all the stars who showed up for opening night at the Opera in New York. Naomi Watts, Liv Tyler and Meg Ryan looked fabulous, but all eyes were on Jude, Sienna and Sienna's mom. It was a family affair for these three, and I guess this means the two are officially back on! Sienna looks amazing. She definitely needs to keep that hair long.
