Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and their six kids packed up and boarded a private jet at the end of their Galapagos Islands getaway yesterday. The family spent about a week on the vacation, which came right after Brad and Angelina's exciting announcement that they're going to get married. Angelina removed her engagement ring to take care of some official UN business in Ecuador over the weekend, but the stunning diamond sparkler was back in its place as she and Brad helped their kids off a boat and back onto dry land. Shiloh, Zahara, Maddox, Pax, and twins Knox and Vivienne all tested out their sea legs on the trip to the wildlife-filled islands. While in South America, the Jolie-Pitts hit the beach together as well, though Angelina stuck to dry land and let Brad take on the wetsuit and swimming duties.

Pregnant Reese Witherspoon went for a jog in Brentwood with a friend today, tying a jacket above her growing baby bump. The actress, who is expecting her third child, is back in LA after a family vacation to Costa Rica earlier this month. She and husband Jim Toth took Reese's children, Ava and Deacon Phillippe, along for the beachside getaway, where Reese showed off her new figure in a swimsuit. The baby will be her first with Jim, whom she married last March. Reese has been taking a break from work to spend time with her new husband and prep for their new addition, most recently appearing on the big screen in This Means War, but still has plenty of projects in play. Her already-completed movie Mud, which costars Matthew McConaughey, is expected to hit theaters this year. Beyond that, Reese is linked to nearly a dozen possible future projects as either a star or producer.

Michelle Williams and her boyfriend Jason Segel had a dinner date in NYC last night. After he taped an appearance on Late Show With David Letterman, the couple met up for Mexican at La Esquina. It was the latest Big Apple outing for the couple. On Sunday, Jason accompanied Michelle to the Tribeca Film Festival afterparty for her movie Take This Waltz. He returned the favor since Michelle was on hand for his The Five-Year Engagement debut and bash last week. Jason's latest picture arrives in theaters Friday, and he still has a bit more press to do. He's lined up for an interview on The Daily Show later this week, so hopefully we'll see more of him out and about in the city with new love Michelle.

Lauren Conrad left a taping of Chelsea Lately yesterday in Santa Monica with a Red Bull in hand. She stopped by the talk show to promote her new book, The Fame Game, after making a stop by Ryan Seacrest's radio show earlier in the day. Lauren wore a brown polka-dot dress from her own Paper Crown line for the busy press day talking up her fourth novel. Before she hit the promotional trail, she took some time out to go to Coachella, where we spotted her hanging out poolside at the Lacoste bash with Lea Michele. The Fame Game is just one of two books with Lauren's name attached that will hit bookstores this month. She also contributed to Glamour's new collection of essays 30 Things Every Woman Should Have and Should Know by the Time She's 30, which is out today, even though she's a few years away from the milestone herself.

Angelina Jolie was in Ecuador on Sunday meeting with the country's Foreign Minister, Ricardo Patino. In newly released photos, she's seen chatting with Patino and touring the ministry's headquarters in Quito. Angelina also toured the countryside, where misplaced Colombian refugees are farming again thanks to help from the UN.

Angelina was recently promoted to the position of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Special Envoy and takes her responsibilities so seriously she skipped out on her post-engagement vacation to return to her duties. Brad Pitt and their six children joined her on the visit to the region, and even fit in a special trip to the Galapagos Islands. The Jolie-Pitts have already left the Galapagos, and their future travel plans may take them to another luxurious locale. Brad's Killing Them Softly, formerly called Cogan's Trade, is expected to premiere at Cannes next month. Angelina is on a break from movie related projects until filming beings on Maleficent later this Summer.

Cameron Diaz made a cameo last night at a benefit for the organization NY Sun Works, which builds science labs in urban schools. The event, held at the Top of The Standard, was held to raise funds for their Greenhouse Project, an initiative that aims to teach sustainability through the use of hydroponic farming technology. Cameron made the rounds chatting with pals like Russell Simmons and Sidsel Robards, who's the director of program development at New York Sun Works. Cameron's a well-known advocate for green causes. Her activism even earned her a place on our list of the most eco-friendly celebrities.
