As if Fuller House fans weren't still emotional from the show's heartwarming finale last month, Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin recently got together to surprise big fans of the Tanner family, and the couple's reaction was so sweet. "Oh myLanta!" and "How rude!," Ziad, the father of the new baby, yelled as soon as he saw DJ and Stephanie Tanner appear on his Zoom call.

On the latest episode of Netflix's new YouTube series Happier Hour that dropped on July 30, Ziad and Alicia shared how their family had been deeply affected by COVID-19. Alicia was 31 weeks pregnant when she was diagnosed with coronavirus, and ended up giving birth while sedated on a ventilator. Fortunately, after 41 days in the hospital, she was able to join her growing family at home. While the couple initially thought they were being interviewed about their COVID-19 experience, the Fuller House stars crashed the video interview and surprised the family with their appearance, as well as some gifts. "I grew up in Saudi Arabia, on an American compound, and when we got cable, I would do nothing but watch Full House nonstop," Ziad shared. "So I felt like I grew up with ya'll."
