I hear WAY too many people say they skip breakfast! Not only can I not understand because I NEED my breakfast, but it's just not smart. A simple piece of toast or cereal will be enough to at least get your metabolism revved - and it's especially important if you do want to lose weight. Gotta keep your metabolism working!
