thanks sugar the more I know the better and yesterday I wrote on sugar and honey I found that I made a mistake honey is not better than sugar honey if its not natural honey which is more exspensive natural honey is good but the regular honey has more carbs than sugar so I stuck with the 1 tsp. sugar or stevia is better but I try not to use stuff like that they tend to be bad for your stomack as I heard don't know how true it is,thanks.
