Mango Black Bean Nachos

Ingredients

  1. 1 The Laughing Cow Creamy Original Swiss Cheese Wedge
    1/4 cup salsa
    1 tablespoon black beans
    1 tablespoon chopped mango
    Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Place the wedge of The Laughing Cow Cheese in the center of a small plate.
  2. Mix together the salsa, black beans, and mango, and spoon over the cheese.
  3. Surround with tortilla chips, and dig in!
