When It Comes to Fashion Month, Joan Smalls Is the Ruler of the Runway

Every Fashion Week season, you can count on three things: there will be looks you want to rip off the model and wear immediately, but also some that'll make you go "WTF?!," and through it all Joan Smalls will be on the runway.

The gorgeous Puerto Rican model is a staple at New York, Milan, and Paris Fashion Week (sometimes even appearing in menswear shows), but this time she kicked off her busy schedule of runway after runway somewhere else. She walked the highly anticipated Tommy Hilfiger show in Los Angeles, featuring designs by Gigi Hadid and models like Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin. In two stunning looks (a '90s-inspired oversize pullover dress and a patchwork swimsuit), Joan caught our attention, and then she kept it during New York, Milan and Paris fashion weeks.
